What Is Our Cost?

The Alexander Group bills all services on an hourly rate. Within our normal service areas (Louisville, Cincinnati, Lexington, Dallas, Fort Worth, and Fort Myers), we do not charge a travel rate. We do bill a minimum service call of two hours, and our staff will ensure that you get full value for that time.

 

Service Rate
Regular business hours service (9am-5pm, M-F) $150/hour*
Out of hours service $195/hour*
Travel rate (to locations outside our normal cities) $65/hour*

General Service Contracts

We offer service contracts covering all of your business technology needs. These contracts cover all remote support under one fee and allow you to pre-purchase on-site service hours at a reduced rate.
