We use TeleVantage in a number of different ways, one of the most important of which is to measure our level of customer service. Today, we have accurate data on the volume and source of calls to our call center. This is an excellent product, and The Alexander Group has done a fine job of backing it up with service and support tailored to our needs. When we started additional disaster recovery planning, The Alexander Group was able to offer us a custom solution to help maintain our phone service in the most dire circumstances.
