Rich Alexander, President
Rich Alexander possesses a range of business technology
experience that few can match. For 22 years, Rich worked for AT&T
serving a range of management positions focused on system planning
and engineering, with emphasis on human factors. During this time he
became an expert in telephony and computer systems. Rich then became
an entrepreneur, running several successful enterprises and learning
a great deal about the realities of business. Finally, in 1989, he
founded The Alexander Group and has spent the last fifteen years
developing real technology solutions for his customers' business
challenges. Today, Rich manages the strategic vision of The
Alexander Group and sets the example for the company with his high
standards of honesty and devotion to customer satisfaction.
Kevin Butler, Executive Vice-President
Kevin Butler started with The Alexander Group as a technical
consultant after serving as network manager for a commercial
real-estate firm. After five years with the company, he now serves
as the head of technology services, working with clients to develop
their business technology vision and ensuring that it is
implemented. Kevin is not just a technical expert. He has run his
own publishing company and clearly understands the needs of
business. Kevin uses his training as a former United States Cavalry
officer to manage the company's technical staff and ensure that our
clients receive the highest level of service.
